Come here often for lunch. Specials are always a good choice, chicken wings and burgers are very good. Chips are the best. They also do a nice catering spread.

I went here once with a friend and my 20 month old daughter for a quick dinner and chance to get out of the house. Everything was pretty good. We ordered just a coney dog and some sliders. The food was pretty good. Can't really complain about the taste but it wasn't anything over the top, write home to all your friends and family about either. I do like the laid back atmosphere...like everyone's just family. The waitress was very nice and didn't mind my frequent odd requests like bringing a plate of pickles for my daughter. They also had a large box of used crayons for her to color with which was nice. I heard the burgers are excellent so whenever I go back there I will try them out. Overall, I'm satisfied with iron mike's.

Not a real big Iron Mikes guy real high prices real small portions. Most of the menu is standard bar fare premade patties on the burgers. They try to make up some unique stuff but none of it is really special by any means been here several times because it close never been impressed.

Food is great! Never had a bad meal even their Mexican night was awesome! They make great drinks and the staff is always super friendly and quick. There are not a lot of option in New Boston but Iron Mikes never disappoints.

I ordered the standard bacon cheeseburger, it turned out to be delicious. One of the better burgers I've had in a while. The beer menu was a little limited but everyone enjoyed the fare and it was a great dive bar. If in the area I would definitely go back.

We were warmly welcomed as if we were regulars our first time at Iron Mikes. I loved the complimentary popcorn, and our basket was never empty. Our waitress was nice and accommodating, though I think she may have been new as she had to go ask someone else whenever we had a question about something. The jalapeño chips were great but the potato skins lacked some flavor (they didn't have bacon on them as advertised). The baked potato was good but the ribs were the best ribs I've ever had. Best sauce, fell off the bone, minimal fat. I had a whole rack and could've had more. I recommend the ribs to all my friends. Iron Mikes has both a bar and a family restaurant feel that is rare, and I would come for the food or just drinks any day.

On Saturdays, they have Mexican dishes on special. They are pretty good considering they're not a Mexican restaurant :) Still love the side salads and popcorn- and the servers are always nice, which I appreciate. Now that we have a little one we tend to get a lot of attention from the waitstaff!

Iron Mike's is a solid choice if you're in the area. They have a hole-in-the-wall bar type feel but also have a side area for more family-like seating and an outdoor patio area. Their menu is pretty impressive for a smaller establishment and I've never had anything I didn't like. Highlights include ribs, the steak and cheese grinder sandwich, and mini sliders. Also, they give you free popcorn to snack on! The only complaint- on a few occasions someone has tossed some money in the jukebox and it's WAY too loud - like club loud, which is fine, but not at 4p.m. on a Wednesday.

The food and drinks were just fine, but the staff will keep me from coming back. I came with my family and it took forever to get our order in. It was a pain to get a fresh beer, so at one point we ordered two just so we could have a refill when we needed one. What shocked me was I could see my waitress, she wasn't that busy and she was avoiding eye contact. She NEVER smiled. It is frustrating when you can't get a refill and there are empty tables all around you. I won't be returning.

Your standard Michigan hole in the wall establishment. They serve some pretty decent perch. Don't come here for a fancy dinner, but for something low key with lots of midwest charm.

Great perch and the best appetizer ever.......popcorn! Next time we go though I'm going to try the nachos.....they looked and smelled delicious.
